The Dodge Intrepid R/T was introduced for the 2000 model year. The R/T package got you 17″ wheels, a higher output 3.5L V6, special badges, and the autostick transmission. 2001′s were basically a carryover model.

For 2002, chrome wheels became available. Also, the computer tuning was upgraded to give an extra 2 horsepower. No more ‘trep R/T after 2002.
